Funny how Miffy came 20 years before Hello Kitty. Major props goes to Miffy creator, Dick Bruna, for being WAY ahead of his time (when it comes to all things supah cute).
A very small part of me sees this as a blemish on the great Sanrio legacy – but it’s all good. I really think there’s enough cute to go around 10-fold.

i can see the resemblance but i’d like to think that Sanrio has its own thing. i grew up with Sanrio long before i saw Miffy.
i usually love old school stuff, but i prefer the new miffy episodes to the old miffy episodes… the new ones are cuter… the old ones are cute… but also quite bizarre. heh.
