yokoyama’s Flickr features the same cream puffs and identifies the source as Shiro-Hige’s Cream Puff Factory in Tokyo. I need to go here!!

Thanks ^^ It’s been all over tumblr so it’s not surprising that the original source has got lost in a lot of places… Hope you make it to Shiro Hige one day – they really are yummy! It’s a few train stops away from the Ghibli museum but definitely worth the side trip if you are visiting :)
