Repost: Photos from “Adventure Time: A Look Behind the Land of OOO”

I usually don’t repeat old posts, but I wanted to share this one for my fellow Adventure Time fans. Originally posted on April 25, 2011.

In conjunction with the Edward Scissorhands 20th Anniversary show, Gallery Nucleus also has a show featuring the artwork created by the actual artists of the animated show Adventure Time. “Adventure Time: A Look Behind the Land of OOO” includes title cards, storyboards, and even character designs that the public has never seen before.

I’ve never watched this show, but I think I should. The artwork is so cute! (Since this post, I’ve watched the show sporadically and of course I love it.)

I love this piece “Rejected Story Idea.”

All of the available pieces can be found here. I’ve got a few more photos in my Flickr set.
