The Year of the Rabbit: Tales from the Chinese Zodiac

The Year of the Rabbit: Tales from the Chinese Zodiac is the 6th in Immedium Press‘ annual series. 2011 is the Year of the Rabbit! Rosie is the new hare on the block but has an ear for adventure. Soon she encounters the boy Jai and his grandma Popo who tend a nearby garden. The bunny and her neighbors have a lot to learn from each other.

Lunar New Year is on February 3, 2011 but you can still pre-order your autographed copy today.

Written by Oliver Chin and illustrated by Justin Roth, this book is my favorite from the series. While the story is cute, I fell in love with Justin Roth’s artwork. Rosie the rabbit is just adorable, and her rabbit family and friends are just as cute.

Mia, age 4 1/2, had this to say about the book: “Thank you so much for the book, I really loved it a lot… the bunny was SO CUTE. The story was wonderful. The end.”
