On Saturday afternoon, I was on mission to find Funhouse Labs and get this t-rex in a hoodie necklace.
We couldn’t leave without a triceratops in a hoodie. (These awesome necklaces will be available soon at Leanna Lin’s Wonderland!)
I also found these fun poop plushies by Cindy Makes. Love the Domo poop!
Of course I had to stock up on some new kawaii plush friends by SaoZen Plush.
We had time to visit with our friends at Leanna Lin’s Wonderland and Le Petit Elefant. It started raining so we didn’t have a chance to really explore. But it was a fun Saturday while it lasted!
Tomorrow is Halloween, so treat yourself to an adorable handmade pumpkin by artist/sculptor Vanessa Ramirez. These resin creations will add a little autumn to your home all year round. There are 4 versions, and you can get them at Vanessa’s online shop. She also has a variety of monster sculptures and monster magnets available as well.
Vanessa has been working on some new items for Designer Con, including new monsters and custom fattybugs. Don’t you love his dapper accessories?! I think you already know that Vanessa and I will be sharing booth #213 at Designer Con, and we hope to see you there!

On Saturday, we checked out Jerrod Maruyama‘s new collection of art and merchandise at WonderGround Gallery. In addition to launching his Happiest Hipster on Earth collection, they also had new items featuring his works Love in Bloom and A World of Cute. I wish WonderGround had an online shop because they have so much cute stuff!
His “Princess and Villains” artwork is available on a few products including this adorable magnet set. This Saturday was the first time we were able to meet Jerrod in person, and it was truly a pleasure!
Sunday afternoon was spent at Renegade Craft Fair Los Angeles. Our first priority was to visit Genevieve Santos where we stocked up on cards and other cute items.
Nellie Le of Quiet Tiger was right next to Genevieve’s booth, and I had to get a few bright idea notebooks.
I loved all of the items at Julie Ann Art‘s booth, and I had to get this for myself. Because I am always forgetting to do this.
I was really excited to get these new tees by Seibei. It was awesome to meet the man behind these awesome shirts. FYI the one on the left is a Sharkbolt, not a Sharknado.
There were so many awesome vendors at Renegade Craft Fair LA, and I’m already looking forward to their next event. If you’re in the Bay Area, check out Renegade Craft Fair San Francisco this weekend!
If you’re not at Comic-Con this weekend, I highly recommend checking out Renegade Craft Fair LA this weekend. Featuring over 250 indie vendors, this free event takes place in LA Historic State Park on July 20-21 from 11am – 7pm.
Look for Genevieve Santos and her boothmate, Homako – just look for the booth with ice cream balloons. Wish Genevieve a happy birthday for a surprise gift! Also, Genevieve is having a one-day only at her online shop. On July 20, use the code YOUREOLD when you check out to receive a free gift and free shipping.
